RETURNS & EXCHANGES
 

RETURNS 

We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order.  If you received a damaged or defective item, please email support@houseofglitternc.com with “Defective” as the subject and tell us about your issue.

All returns are issued gift cards. Gift cards are sent to the email address on the original order and never expire.

Any products listed as a “FINAL SALE” item are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange or a gift card.
 

Keep the following in mind:

  • Make sure your item is eligible for return

  • You will not be able to start a return until your order is in transit

  • Hold onto your return tracking #, we can't look up your return without it

  • If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit
     

HOW TO RETURN:

You are responsible for return shipping costs and obtaining a return tracking number.

  1. Click START RETURN below to submit your return

  2. Print your packing slip

  3. Pack up your return with the packing slip inside

  4. Ship back your return with the carrier of your choice to the address listed below

  5. Make sure to get a return tracking number

 

RETURN POLICY

  • We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags

  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and free of dirt, scuffs and wear

  • Pierced jewelry, cosmetics, sex toys and other beauty products with broken seals or packaging removed will not be accepted

  • Intimates, swimwear and bodysuits without their lining will not be accepted

  • Any products listed as “FINAL SALE”  final sale and will not be accepted

Any items returned that fall outside of our policy will be discarded and the gift card amount will be adjusted accordingly.

PROCESSING TIME

Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 7 business days to process.
 

GIFT CARDS

All returns are issued gift cards. We'll email you a gift card as soon as your return has been processed. If you can't find your gift card, be sure to check your spam/promotions inboxes!

To use your gift card, enter the gift card code at checkout.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the item(s) for a gift card, then using the gift card to re-purchase.
